Show notes

Jesus never promised His followers an easy road. In this message from Luke 21:5-19, Pastor Billy walks through Jesus’ warning about the destruction of the Temple, the rise of false teachers, wars and disasters, and the persecution Christians would face. But this passage isn’t ultimately about predicting dates or figuring out exactly when the end will come, it’s about learning how to live faithfully when the world feels uncertain. Jesus calls us not to be afraid, not to be led astray, and to see every difficult circumstance as an opportunity to bear witness to Him. If you’ve ever wondered how Christians should respond when the world feels chaotic, frightening, or hostile to their faith, this message reminds us that Jesus is still in control and every challenge can become an opportunity to share His hope.
