Wisdom is not only shown by what we know. It is also shown by how we treat people. Anyone can respond well when things are easy, but pressure shows what is really in us. Proverbs 15 shows us that wise people choose to respond rather than react. Our words matter because people matter to God. Wisdom helps us slow down, choose our words carefully, and respond in a way that honors God.
