This is the second episode in a three-part series, Becoming Effective Spiritual Leaders. This series examines the leadership process by examining the relationships between the 3 components of leadership. Here is the link to a simple diagram that explains these three parts and their relationship to one another. Last week we examined the orange arrow from the leader to the goal, observing ways the leader must stay focused upon the goal of his own spiritual growth, so he can lead from his life. This episode examines the vertical green arrow from the leader to the followers and five ways that Jesus won the hearts of his followers by BUILDING HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM.
